Mystery shops are one type of onsite evaluation. What is a shop log? A shop log is a small box where a mystery shopper and a scheduler can communicate. It is located on the same site as your survey, which you will complete after doing a mystery shop visitation. If you are sent an edit request, you might also end up communicating through a shop log. This was a banking shop. For that shop, a visit was made and a survey was submitted. There were requests for edits on that survey. One was completed. How do you complete such an edit? Well, it is easy.

 

 

All you do is edit the form again with the requested updates. And that was done, of course. And then my emails were blocked from being sent as replies. Why was I sending replies to them? Because they would not accept my requests to cancel the shops... How bad can that be? Well, it affects your shopper record if you do not complete shops. So, if someone decides to ignore your requests until the day passes that it is finally due, which happened twice with the same protected person, then that is a problem for a shopper. And because a particular scheduler ignored two requests written for two shops I was complaining by email, and then, when I complained by email... My email was blocked. Does this sound like a company you would like to work with?

Then, instead of apologizing, they just did it again. And, finally, they sent me a message, showing me that they were now blocking me from payment too.

Here are the shop log communications about this particular shop, for which they are now refusing payment after blocking my email, by requesting that I update a shop with that same blocked email

1. I did upload back images of marketing materials as well as the front. I created a PDF and combined front and back images together, as described in your shop form, at the time. And then I was "corrected," and told to upload a second set of data in one such place.
2. Why wouldn't you allow the shop form to be edited, as most companies do for updates, and as I did for the former update, rather than request an email after you have blocked that email? Your company marked my email as blocked as well as a similar email, so you know that I can not email you... (Those emails have been returned as blocked where I did respond).
3. You did not reference which question you are referring to and the specific language involved, as that language is written more than one place in your form, which you will not allow me to edit for this update request..
